Dottie Oakley Bibee The funeral service for Dottie Oakley Bibee will be conducted at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon, Jan. 3, 2010, in the Paul Cook Memorial Chapel of Oakley-Cook Funeral Home with Rev. Barbara Clark officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. The committal service and burial in Glenwood Cemetery will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family will appreciate memorial contributions to Anderson Street United Methodist Church, 954 Anderson Street, Bristol, TN 37620 and Wellmont Hospice House, 280 Steele's Road, Bristol, TN 37620. Condolences and memories may be sent to the family and viewed by visiting www.oakley-cook.com Mrs. Bibee and her family are in the care of Oakley-Cook Funeral Home.

I was so saddened to hear of Dottie's passing from my Uncle Phil Stewart. I remember how wonderful she was every time I visited my grandfather, Henry Stewart. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

January of 1945.
She was like family.
