Elsie Katherine Berry Webb BLUFF CITY, Tenn. Elsie Katherine Berry Webb, age 87, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, after a short illness. Mrs. Webb was the daughter of the late Stanley Berry and Susan Jones. She lived all of her life in the Bristol/Bluff City area. Mrs. Webb was a cafeteria manager for Bluff City Elementary School. She was also a Sunday school teacher, helped establish the Haven of Rest for Women and helped cook at the Faith Bible Camp. She was the widow of James Walter Webb, after 67 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Ernest Berry, Reford Berry, Farrell Berry, Worley Berry. Survivors include: daughter, Susan Settle and husband Sam; sons, Jimmy Webb and wife Glenna, Randy Webb and wife Deborah; sisters, Millie Webb, Elizabeth Gillespie; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren. The service for Mrs. Webb will be held Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, at 8 p.m. in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Hall and Rev. Scott Foster officiating. Prior to the service, visitation will be from 6- 8 p.m. The graveside service will be held at Crumley Cemetery on Friday, Jan. 7, 2011, at 11 a.m. Pallbearers include: Sammy Settle Jr., Scott Settle, Randy Allen Webb, Jimbo Webb, Trevor Settle, Jamie Settle, Luke Clark, Logan Clark and Matthew Settle. Honorary pallbearers include: Christie Webb Dinger, Kim Porter, Suzanne McCormack, Jennifer Calhoun, Andrea Hall. To My Family,
We all have went through a tuff past few months. But always rember we each and every one have our own memories. I love you all. And I will miss Mamaw and Papaw both. But I am so glad Mamaw gave the advice and showed me how to be saved when I was 9. I am so glad to know I will meet back with the both of them bacause she took time out with me for a few min. that day.
