You were a great guy and obviously a wonderful son and brother and when I meet your folks and Kelly in Florida in a couple of weeks, we'll be certain to toast the wonderful and kind person you were. When I was a Freshmen coming into the band, Eric always made me feel like I was worth something. When somebody put me down for something, Eric was always there to stand up for me. He was an amazing man. My memories of him will always be of how much he made me laugh. He always had a smile on his face and I'll always remember that smile. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

The loss of a child is something none of us want to see in our lifetime. I can't even imagine the pain you guys are enduring now. Just have peace in knowing that Eric touched the hearts of many people in his life and was truly a great person during his time on earth! Now he is singing with the angels in Heaven.
