I wish I could have gone to the funeral. I was in the hospital in Indianapolis having reconstructive surgery from breast cancer, April 20th. I will miss you Uncle Floyd.

Floyd was one of the smartest, kindest, and hardest working people, that i have ever had the pleasure to meet. He was also, without a doubt, the best employer that i have ever worked for.... You will most definitely be missed Floyd....to Steve, Jenny, Tyler, and Lauren; my prayers and deepest sympathies go out to you at this very difficult time

In my travels throughout the area, I can say that it is indeed rare to have the pleasure to meet and befriend such a genuinely good person. Floyd’s love for others was apparent and easy to see. He was one of the most interesting people I have had the privilege to know. I will miss him, but as a fellow Christian, I know that we will see each other again.
