Take comfort in knowing you have a special guardian angel watching over you. Graham was a special person who touched many hearts.I was an aide at Ridgefield and he touched mine.He will be greatly missed.

To the Stone Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I was one of Graham's Nurse's at Ridgefield. He was a very sweet and loving man. He would give me a hug and kiss on the cheek everytime he saw me. I will miss him deeply.
