Helen F. Barrett BRISTOL, Va. Helen F. Barrett, age 87, passed away on Sept. 6, 2010, at her residence. She was born in Sugar Grove, Va., a daughter to the late Roy and Ada Richardson. Helen was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her husband, M.C. Barrett; a grandson, Robert Carter; six brothers; and a sister. Survivors include: daughter, Marie Hall; brother, Fred Richardson; grandchildren, Crystal Carter and Angela Skipper; great-grandchildren, Jamie Carter, Summer Carter, Tara Gill, Amanda Bain; great-great-grandchildren, Austin Carter, Harley Carter, Emmi Jean Carter, Jenna Gill, and Dalton Carter; special friend, Ethel Robins. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the Mountain View Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Eddie Crusenberry officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the mausoleum. Online condolences may be registered at www.Weaverfuneralhome.net Arrangements have been made with Weaver Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
