Jerry Douglas Goff SIDNEY, Ohio Jerry Douglas Goff, 67, of 410 Third Ave., passed away Monday, June 21, 2010, at 5:55 p.m. at Wilson Memorial Hospital. He was born on March 20, 1943, in Saltville, Va., the son of the late William Dixon and Ida V. O'Quinn Goff. On April 6, 1984, he was married to Lynn Adams, who survives; along with his children, Robin Goff and Angie Goff Foster, both of Sidney, Shane Goff of Dayton, Robert, Jessica and Mark Goff, all of Sidney; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his sisters, Mrs. Hugh (Leona) Duff of Richmond, Va., Mrs. Virgil (Revonda) Foster of Sidney, Mrs. Douglas (Levoda) Blevins of Chilhowie, Mrs. Monroe (Bernice) Overby of Sidney, Mrs. Neal (Faye) Hubbard of Sidney; and brother, Mr. Virgil Goff and wife Hattie of Saltville, Va. Jerry was preceded in death by one sister, Gaye Goff; and two brothers; William "Buck" Goff Jr. and Charlie R. Goff. Mr. Goff was employed by Baumfolder Corp. for 24 years as a machinist. He was an avid outdoorsman, loyal Cincinnati Bengal's and Reds fan, a devoted husband, loving father and a faithful friend. Jerry will be missed by many. Funeral services will be held at the Full Gospel Community Church on Friday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Charles Jarrett officiating. Burial will be at Shelby Memory Gardens in Sidney. The family will receive friends from 1 to 5 p.m. on Thursday at Full Gospel Community Church. Arrangements are in the care of the Cromes Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave., Sidney, OH. Memorials may be made to the Full Gospel Community Church; or a charity of your choosing in memory of Jerry Douglas Goff.
