Jesse Fulton BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. Mr. Jesse Fulton, 87,died on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010. He was a son of the late Jesse Fulton and Stella Hampton Fulton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Fulton and his brother, Arnold Fulton. He was a resident of Tampa, Fla. from 1941 until 1993 when he moved to Blountville, Tenn. He was a member of Boones Creek United Methodist Church and American Legion Post No.3, Kingsport, Tenn. He was a World War II Veteran having served in the Pacific Theater in the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by three daughters, Carolyn Little and husband Jim of Lexington, S.C., Sharon Howgate and husband David of Jacksonville, Fla., Julie Bryan and husband Mark of Kimberly, Idaho; son, James Fulton of Tampa, Fla.; sister, Ruby Keathley of Ypsilanti, Mich.; stepchildren of 40 years, Yvonne Arnold Baldwin and husband Ken of Gray, Tenn., Sandra Arnold Rutledge of Kingsport, Tenn., and Tony Arnold and wife Vicki of Kingsport, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon, Nov. 7, 2010, in the Heritage Chapel of Memories at Glenwood Cemetery with Rev. Garland James officiating. Entombment will follow. Military Honors will be presented by the Bristol VFW Honor Guard.
