Judy Ann Stevens CASTLEWOOD, Va. Judy Ann Stevens, 56, died Thursday, June 3, 2010, at Russell County Medical Center, Lebanon, Va. She was born in Lebanon; daughter of the late Thomas Junior and Nanny Kate Riner Parks. She was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Stevens; two sisters, Tammy Lasley and Linda Couch; and one brother, Phillip Parks. She is survived by two daughters, Amie Taylor and husband, Jonathan of Glade Springs, Va., and Shannon Johnson and fianc‚ Douglas Cook of Lebanon; one son, Jeffery Allen Parks and wife, Angie of St. Paul, Va.; three sisters, Barbara Pryzby of Lake Worth, Fla., Loretta Voetberg of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Bonnie Hearl of Lebanon; one brother, Scottie Parks and wife, Pam of Castlewood, Va.; special friend, Jimmy Couch of Castlewood; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Judy Ann Stevens will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 6, 2010, in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, with the Rev. Tommy Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood. Pallbearers will be David Johnson, Christopher Johnson, Jordan Taylor, Aaron Taylor, Jonathan Taylor, and Shane Johnson. The family will receive friends from 12 to 2 p.m. Sunday, June 6, 2010, in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood, Virginia.
