Judy M. Perkey BRISTOL, Tenn. Judy M. Perkey, age 69, passed away on Dec. 9, 2009, at her residence. She lived all her life in the Bristol area and was of the Baptist faith. She was the greatest God-loving mother a person could have. Survivors include: children, John Kestner, Robert Neal, Joshua Perkey, and Christy McAnally; brothers, Marvin Campbell and Dennis Campbell; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Dec. 11, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. at the Glenwood Mausoleum with Rev. Roger Ball officiating. Online condolences may be registered at In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements have been made with Weaver Funeral Home.

Judy was my beloved cousin. We were as close as sisters and I called her my sister. I know I didn't get to be with her in her last days but I will miss her very much. Tho there were many miles between us she was as near as my telephone. I love you Judy. Rest with God.

Brandi, I am so soorry for your lose. I did not realize that your grandma was so young. I did not know her but what I read in her obituary says it all. A Godfearing women and a great Mom. I'm sure she was a great lady and will be watching out for you and Austin always. My thoughts will be with you today as they are everyday. If you or your family needs anything please let me know.
