Kathleen Fraley Neal BRISTOL, Tenn. Kathleen Fraley Neal, age 89, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, at the Cambridge House. She was born in Beckley, W.Va., a daughter of the late James and Lillian Lyons Fraley. She was a resident of the Bristol area most of her life and was self- employed in the cleaning business. She was a member of State Street Church of Christ. Survivors include: daughters, Janey Peters, Debra Taylor and husband Bobby; sons, Ernest Fraley and wife Barbara, Ronnie Neal and wife Amy and Johnny Lee Neal; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at 11 a.m. in the Glenwood Cemetery, with Pastor Dan Bailey officiating.
