Lottie C. Osborne

Lottie C. Osborne ROANOKE, Va. Lottie C. Osborne, long time resident of Bristol Virginia, went to be with the Lord Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl "Zeb" Osborne; brothers, Johnny, Ernest, Henry and Charlie Cardwell; sisters, Helen Cahill, Thelma Poore, Georgia Hale, Nellie Anderson. Mrs. Osborne was a member of Walnut Grove Presbyterian Church in Bristol and was a loving, caring mother and wife who enjoyed helping others. She is survived by her daughter, Vicki Osborne; special nephew, Tony Anderson and wife Emily, who was also Mrs. Osborne's close friend; niece, Linda Cullup; great-nieces, Christine Waller, who was like a granddaughter, Janice Adams; great-nephews, Jeff Mash, Greg Hagerman; sisters-in-law, Delores Cardwell, Mary Cardwell; special friends, Kaffa Shank, Judy Burrough, Susanna Hart; helpers, Tina, Cassie, and Linda. Graveside funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, in Shelby Hills Cemetery, BristolTennessee, with Rev. John Markel officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Walnut Grove Presbyterian Church, 3012 Lee Highway, Bristol VA 24202; or the Roanoke Valley SPCA, 1340 Baldwin Ave., Roanoke VA 24012.
