Lourene W. Kelley Lourene W. Kelley, 76, of 6548 Highway 11E , Piney Flats died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2010, in the Appalachian Christian Village. Mrs. Kelley was a native of Atkins, Va., and was a daughter of the late Tom and Irene Shew Williams. She was a member of the Edgefield United Methodist Church, and a former President and member of the Johnson City Credit Women. She was retired as a bookkeeper with WCYB-TV in Bristol. Mrs. Kelley is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Wayne Saylor; her second husband, Henry Kelley; one sister, Sharon Saylor; and a brother, Tommy Williams. Survivors include: a daughter, Amy and her husband Don Moyers of Piney Flats; four sisters, JoAnn Carty of Piney Flats, Jackie Reece of Johnson City; Betty Hyder of Piney Flats, and Mary Robinson of Mountain City; three brothers, Roger Williams of Atkins, Va., Johnny Williams of Piney Flats, and Buddy Williams of Atlanta, Ga.; a granddaughter, Shelby Moyers of Piney Flats; and a grandson, Shuler Moyers of Piney Flats. The funeral service for Lourene W. Kelley will be conducted at 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, 2010, in the Morris-Baker South Chapel. Rev. Estel Williams will officiate. The committal service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in the Edgefield Cemetery. Everyone will meet at the cemetery at 10:55 a.m. Monday. The family will receive friends at Morris-Baker from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday prior to the service.
