Martha Frances "Tick" Prater Roark DAMASCUS, Va. The committal service and interment for Martha Frances "Tick" Prater Roark will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009, at Sunset Memorial Park in Damascus. Pallbearers will be Robbie Roark, Lee Roark, Jeff Roark, Brandon, Doss, Lee Crabtree, Eddie Evans, Tim Smith, Terry Prater Jr. and Shawn Conklin. Online condolences may be sent to the family and a memorial video tribute may be viewed by visiting www.garrettfuneralhome.com Martha Frances "Tick" Prater Roark, age 73, passed away Saturday, Dec. 26, 2009, at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, Va., after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Roark and her family are in the care of Garrett Funeral Home, 203 N. Shady Ave., Damascus, VA 24236, 276-475-3631.
