Mary Rouse

Mary Smith Rouse BRISTOL, Tenn. Mary Smith Rouse, age 87, passed away Friday, Oct. 22, 2010, at her son's residence. She was born Sept. 23, 1923, in Damascus, Va., a daughter of the late William and Bessie Mercer Smith. She retired from Bristol Nursing Home. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Patsy Trinkle; granddaughter, Diana Trinkle; and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include: sons, Ronald Rouse and James Rouse; daughter-in-law, Reba Rouse; grandchildren, Jamie Trinkle, Mary Montgomery, Shanon Montgomery and Tyler Briney; great-grandchild, Kadence Stamey; sister, Frances Vestal; brother, William Smith. A funeral service will be held Monday, Oct. 25, 2010, at 6 p.m. in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Rowlette officiating.
