Pauline Frazier Patrick WEST UNION, Ohio Ms. Pauline Frazier Patrick, age 89, formerly of Richlands, Va., passed away Nov. 7, 2009, at Adams County Regional Medical Center in Seaman, Ohio, following a lengthy illness. She was born Oct. 21, 1920, in Prestonsburg, Ky. She was the daughter of William M. and Hannah Hypes Frazier. She married her loving husband, Harley G. Patrick, on June 17, 1939. Pauline was a retired employee from Richlands National and Premier Bank. She was a former member of Gethsemane Baptist Church in Richlands. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack and Harold Frazier; and two sisters, Bertha Harmon and Flora Frazier. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Pauline is survived by many nieces and nephews, including Raymond Patrick of Richlands and Tammy Brewer of West Union. Funeral services for Pauline Patrick will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, with the Rev. Bill Fletcher officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Va. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers. A two hour visitation will be held prior to the service on Wednesday from 12 - 2 p.m. Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands is in charge of arrangements and those wishing to send online condolences may do so at www.hurstscottfuneralhomes.com
