Rebecca F. Robinson

Rebecca F. Robinson CHILHOWIE, Va. Rebecca F. Robinson, 58, passed away on Nov. 7, 2010, of complications due to Multiple Sclerosis. She was born Nov. 26, 1951, to the late Julia Junkin Bradley and Lewis Alexander Robinson Sr. She is survived by her three brothers, Lewis Alexander "Lex" Robinson and wife Julia, John Bradley Robinson and wife Mary Jane, and Walter Junkin Robinson and wife Jane, all of Glade Spring; two sisters, Agnes Anne Johnson and husband Tommy of Saxe, Va., and Julia Love of Mobile, Ala. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; and five great-nieces and great-nephews. The family would like to thank the staff of Valley Health Care for the excellent care they gave Becca over the years and specifically to the second floor staff for their time, talents and love that they gave to Becca; Doctor Yonkers and the third floor nursing staff of Johnson Memorial Hospital that was on duty at the time of Becca's death. They would also especially like to thank Patty Widener for her years of service and love to Becca, to Esther Derr, Ora Elana Bonham and Molly Buchanan for their faithful visits to Becca. A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, at the Providence Presbyterian Church in Chilhowie. Burial will follow in the Old Glade Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Glade Spring.
