I worked with Bobby for a many years prior to my retirement from the US Postal Service in 2004. During that time, he was one of the reasons why our mail processing operations were successful. Bobby was liked and respected by both the Bristol and Southwest Virginia postal employees. On a personal level, Bobby was a great friend. There was nothing Bobby wouldn't do to help someone. I will miss him. I regret I was out of town and unable to celebrate his life. My thoughts and prayers are with Bobby's family.

Daddy, words cant express what u meant to me. You are the one person that loved me unconditionally. You were my Daddy, My Hero, and my Best Friend. No matter what i was going thru, all i had to do was call u and u would make it better. You were my "rock" and my inspiration. No matter what i was feeling: fear, hurt, or pain, you were always there to take it away. I love u more than life itself. You may be gone but you will never be forgotten, you will always be in my heart. When u left, u took a piece of my heart with u.
Your Daughter,
Susan

Just want to let the family know that we will miss Bobby. We've known him quite a while and when my daughter would see him in a store, she would run to him and yell, 'There's my Bobby!'

He was a dear friend to us and my dad, Jay Arnold. And he was always entertaining at Bulls Gap when we'd take in a race and see him. I think we are all better for knowing him. My prayers are with the family.

We are so sorry for your loss.I grew up on Egypt Road, My brother Wayne and Bobby grew up together. I have so many memories of friends in that community, I love to hear Wayne talk about what he and the neighborhood boys got into growing up. Bobby and his family was a big part of that small community, he will be missed by all.
