Ronald S. Hall CHILHOWIE, Va. Ronald S. Hall, age 57 passed away Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010, at the Smyth County Community Hospital in Marion. He was born in Smyth County to the late Ted Neal Hall and Daisy Olinger Hall, and was preceded in death by two sisters, Brenda G. Hall and Mickey K. Hall; and a brother, Preston Neal Hall. He was currently working at Halls Pest Control and was a big Tennessee Volunteers Fan. Ronnie worked for himself in upper east Tennessee for 10 years and had worked in SWVA for over 15 years. He was known as good ole boy and loved to see people do well and succeed. Survivors include: brothers and sisters, Roger L. Hall and wife Charlotte Marie, Chilhowie, Charlotte Hall, Chilhowie, Mike Hall, Chilhowie, Patsy Tibbs and husband Gary, Rural Retreat, Ted Hall Sr. and wife Trina, Marion; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010, at the Bradley's Funeral Home in Marion with Pastor Danny Mefford officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Saltville. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.bradleysfh.com Bradley's Funeral Home is serving the Hall family.
