I was saddened to hear of the passing of Sam. I remember him from high school and to me he was an old soul, a man of few words and a kind person. Although he is no longer with us he is now in the loving care our Lord. To the Austin family may God comfort you now and in the days to come is my prayer.

So very sorry to hear of Sam's passing. Thinking of you and wishing God's blessings on you. Been over 30 years since I have seen or talked to Sam, but he was a blessing to his family and community and I know he never changed from the kind, loving and helpful person I knew him to be when he was a youngster at the Boys Club during my time there.
I hope you can take comfort knowing that Sam is with God in Heaven.
