Sandra Harrison

Sandra Lee Harrison CHILHOWIE, Va. Sandra Lee Harrison, age 63, passed away on Monday, Sept. 6, 2010, in the Valley Health Care Center in Chilhowie. She was born in Smyth County, Va., on Oct. 18, 1946, to Anna Thomas Blevins and the late Fred Hamilton Blevins. She was a member of Grosses Creek Baptist Church and had been employed at Bristol Lingerie for many years. Survivors Include: her mother, Anna T. Blevins, Marion, Va.; one daughter, Tracy Harrison, Chilhowie; one sister, Elizabeth "Libby" Davis and husband Paul, Marion; her nieces, Kim Walker and husband Daniel, Lisa Keen, Pam Mixon and husband Mike; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gavin and Lindsay Walker, Taylor and Ashley Mixon, Tyler and Lauren Keen. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010, from the Bradley's Funeral Chapel in Chilhowie with Rev. David St. Clair and Brother Jimmy Sturgill officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral chapel in Chilhowie. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the Grosses Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the District 3 Senior Services Emergency Fund, 4453 Lee Highway, Marion, VA 24354.
