Sandra Kay Iser Dickson MEADOWVIEW, Va. Sandra Kay Iser Dickson, 63, died on Oct. 6, 2010. Sandy was born November 21, 1946, to Raymond and Frances Iser in Cumberland Maryland. She is survived by her loving husband, Roger Dickson of 39 years; one brother, Wayne Hewitt of Moyock,N.C.. She grew up in Virginia Beach Va., and moved to Abingdon VA in 1976, where she and her husband raised their three children, Crystal (Chris) Patrick of Meadowview, Va., Dale (Debbie) Dickson of Salisbury, N.C., Wendy (Allen) Davenport of Meadowview, Va.; five grandchildren, Bobby and Austin Patrick, Ashlea, Stella and Samantha Davenport. Sandy enjoyed caring for her family and friends and had a strong faith in her heavenly Father, Jehovah God. She volunteered many hours of her life to assisting others, both on a spiritual level as well as personally whenever possible. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, along with her husband Roger on May 8,1977, and continued to be a faithful witness up to her death. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 29276 Lee Hwy., Meadowview, Va., on Sunday, Oct. 10,2010, at 3pm. Don Lancaster, a minister of Jehovah's Witnesses will officiate. The family appreciates the wonderful care given by the staff at the Johnston Memorial Cancer Center and Hospice of Southwest Va.

I am so sorry about Sandy she was the Best sister In-law. To me she was my sister.When she left down hear I missed her so. She was a great person.I think about her all the time. My condolences go out to the family. And My cousion Faye and her housband James Hardee sends their condolences as well. Faye and Sandy was best of friends in school. They where best friends and they double dated all the time and sandy was in Fayes wedding. But time and distance took them apart.But she was always in her and sorry to hear she is gone. She will always be missed by all hear old friends and her X sister inlaw. Again I'm So Sorry. We all loved her !!!
