Shirley Ann Carter Blaylock BRISTOL, Tenn. A memorial service for Shirley Ann Carter Blaylock will be conducted at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009, in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Garland officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening following the chapel service at the Weaver Funeral Home. Online condolences may be registered at www.weaverfuneralhome.net Shirley Ann Carter Blaylock went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2009, at the Bristol Regional Medical Center. Arrangements were made with Weaver Funeral Home.

I am so sorry to hear about Shirley's passing. We were friends at Anderson Elementary and for many years after my family moved to other parts of Bristol, and while I lost touch with her many years ago, I have never forgotten what a good friend she was or how much fun we had together. It is so easy for me to envision her sunny smile and so hard to envision its being gone. Please accept my condolences. I hope your memories sustain you and bring you peace.
