Virginia Clark Webb PINEY FLATS, Tenn. Virginia Clark Webb, 85, died on Monday, Oct. 25, 2010, at the Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late John Griffith Clark and Rutha Fleenor Clark. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lester B. Webb, Jr.; son, John Patrick Webb, Sr.; and grandson, John P. Webb, Jr. She was retired from Proffit's and worked for Parks Belk in Johnson City for 19 years. Prior to that she served as City Recorder for Bluff City, Tenn. She was a member of Bluff City United Methodist Church and attended Enterprise United Methodist Church. Survivors include daughter, Leslie Wisecarver and husband, Richard of Knoxville, Tenn.; sons, Gregg Webb and wife, Teresa of Bluff City, Mike Webb and wife, Mary of Johnson City, Tenn.; grandchildren, Brad Webb, Justin Webb and wife, Tausha, Julie Ashbrook and husband, Carlton, LeAnne Rogers and husband, Jeremiah, Jennifer Murphy and husband, Kyle, and Alice Sessoms and husband, Landon; and great-grandchildren, Olivia and Carter Ashbrook. The family will receive friends Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010, from 5 until 6:45 p.m. at Oakley-Cook Funeral Home in Bristol Tennessee. The service will follow at 7 p.m., with the Rev. Dan Theiban officiating.
