Wade Bryon Booker LEBANON, Va. Wade Bryon Booker, 61, died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011, at his home. He was born in Dante, Va., son of the late Jake E. and Edith Hicks Booker. He graduated from Castlewood High School and Southwest Virginia Community College with a degree in criminal justice. He retired from the Russell County Sheriffs Department in 1988. He is survived by his wife, Linda Booker; two daughters, Tandee Booker and friend, Mike Artrip, of Lebanon and Trois Elain Sanders and husband, Fred D., of Lebanon; two granddaughters, Chelsey "Jakee" Fields and husband, Lance Corporal Joseph, and Samantha Sanders; one sister, Linda Martin and husband, Dr. Phillip, of Roanoke, Va.; two brothers, Jake Edward "Eddie" Booker and wife, Teresa, of Castlewood, Va. and Terrance "Bo" Booker and wife, Lillie, of Cleveland, Va.; special friends, Garry Hileman of St. Paul, Va. and Albert and Patsy Coleman of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. A gathering of remembrance service for Wade Bryon Booker will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood.
