Willia Goins

Willia Cain Goins BRISTOL, Tenn. Willia Cain Goins, age 78, passed peacefully at Bristol Regional Medical Center on Sept. 11, 201,0 after a short illness. She was born Oct. 4, 1931, the daughter of the late Kelly and Bertha Holbrook Cain. She was a member of Throne of Grace Baptist Tabernacle and traveled with friends from Virginia Avenue Baptist Church. She retired from Sears after 44 years of service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vondus Lee Goins. Survivors include: son, James "Eddie" Goins of Knoxville, Tenn.; sister-in-law, Betty Goins Weaver and husband Jimmy Weaver of Bristol Virginia; niece, Pamela Rehart of Kingsport, Tenn.; nephews, Mark Weaver of Bluff City, Tenn., Danny Goins of Roanoke, Va.; several cousins. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2010, at 8 p.m. in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randall Shaffer officiating. The burial will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Mountain View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-7:45 p.m. prior to the service.
