William F. "Bill" Anstee BLUFF CITY, Tenn. William F. "Bill" Anstee, age 82, went to be with the Lord, Friday, April 16, 2010, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was born in Waterloo, N.Y., to the late Floyd and Florence Conklin Anstee. Mr. Anstee was a veteran of the US Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Karen Anstee; and a brother, Floyd Anstee. Survivors include his wife, June Curtis Anstee, Bluff City; one daughter, Sonja Anstee Lamb and husband, Terry, Mooresville, N.C.; two sons, Jay Anstee and wife Rita, Havertown, Pa., and Kevin Anstee and wife Lynne, Forest, Va.; four grandchildren, Eric Anstee, Eve Anstee, Will Lamb and Ian Anstee; one sister, Shirley Brown and husband George, Auburn, N.Y.; one brother, Arnold Anstee and wife Edith, Auburn; and several nieces and nephews also survive. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Monday, April 19, 2010, at Tetrick Funeral Home Bluff City Chapel with the Rev. Isaac Gregg officiating. Interment will follow in River Hill Cemetery, Greeneville, Tenn. The family will receive friends from 1011 a.m., Monday prior to the service in the chapel of Tetrick Funeral Home.
