I am shocked to hear about Billy. He was my best friend all through high school when Howie Robbins was my boyfriend and the two of them were always together. He spent many nights at my house with my nephew Tim Cox (who also passed away). Billy was so sweet and kind. I am so very sorry to hear of him passing away. I ran into him about 3 years ago in a store in Damascus and he seemed fine. We talked about Tim and all that had happened through the years. Please let me know if you need anything. Again my heart goes out to his family and this breaks my heart as well.
