Wilma Catherine Trivett GREEN COVE, Va. Wilma Catherine Trivett, age 85, passed away Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at NHC Health Care in Bristol Virginia. She was a life long resident of Washington County, Va., and was a member of the Green Cove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Trivett; and two brothers, Ernest Ours and Eugene Ours. She is survived by two sons, Keith Trivett and his wife, Bobbie, of Abingdon, Va., and David Trivett and his wife, Kathy, of Green Cove; two brothers, Elmer L. Ours and his wife, Mary, of Green Cove, and Paul Ours and his wife, Pauline, of Brogue, Pa.; four sisters, Phyllis Proffitt and her husband, Tracy, of Green Cove, Ola Furches and her husband, Otis, Lola Hamm and Delta Crowe, all of Lenoir, N.C.; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 8, 2010, in the Riverview Chapel at Garrett Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Blevins and Bro. Leonard Tenney officiating. The interment will be private. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of NHC Health Care. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:45 p.m. Monday prior to the funeral service at Garrett Funeral Home.
