Carl A. Ficker, 71, slipped into heaven on February 11, 2014.
Born August 29, 1942, in Seattle, Carl's family moved to Issaquah in 1946. He graduated from Issaquah High School and the University of Washington. Carl married the love of his life, Wanda Muhlbeier, and they made their home in Issaquah where they raised three sons. Carl owned Eastside Roofing Supply in Bellevue until 1998 when he retired due to Parkinson's disease. In 2006, Carl and Wanda moved to Kennewick where they lived for six years until Carl's health concerns took them back to Seattle.
He is survived by his wife; his sons and daughter-in-law, Scott, Ryan and Kristin (and expectant granddaughter), and Randy; and his brother and sister-in-law, Al and Patty Ficker, who make their home in Kauai.
