MICHAEL ANDERSON Obituary

Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home

Michael Alan Anderson was born on February 5, 1967 in Bellingham, WA. He went to be with the Lord on February 15, 2011.

He served in the Army for three years as an E-4 Corporal doing his basic training at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri and was stationed at Fort Hood in Texas. He completed a tour of duty in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm.

Michael spent his free time with his family retelling stories of the past. He loved playing Frisbee golf, camping, hiking and being outdoors. He loved walking the fields behind his home so much that he was given the nickname of Fieldboy. He would find golf balls on his walk and would spend time hitting them. Then there was always the rousing game of Farkle. He was enjoying going to church and loved the Lord.

Survivors include his son Anthony; daughter Stephanie; father Delmar; 4 brothers Richard, Arden, Daniel, and Timothy; 4 sisters April, Tammy, Jennifer and Sandra and many nieces and nephews as well as many other family members that will miss him very much.

There will be a celebration of his life at Pasco Christian Church on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. There will be a viewing at Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home on February 22, 2011 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The family invites you to sign their online guest book at www.muellersfuneralhomes.com.

Michael, unfortunately we never knew each other, however, I did hear many great things about you; and, your work for your country spoke for itself. From one Veteran to another: Thanks for your great service in Desert Storm. Rest in peace, Brother.
