It was always a joy to see Fran when we were in Kennewick. As infrequent as our chance meetings were it was as if time stood still. What a delight!
We send our condolences to all of her family. We pray that they take comfort that she rests in peace.
May she enjoy eternal rest in the arms of the angels of God.
Our thoughts and prayers,
Jo Cluck

My deepest sympathy to Ernie and the entire Gabriel family. Fran was such a special person. I was privileged to work with her at the KSD and on the secretary union board. She was an inspiration to many. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

When I think of Fran Gabriel I think of a big warm smile and a wonderful laugh that greeted all of us at Highlands Middle School. I treasure the five years I had working with Fran. We all knew who really ran HMS and we all knew who to turn to to get something accomplished. She was a very special lady and will be greatly missed by all who have known her and loved her.
