ANN JONES Obituary

Ann J. Jones was born into this world on January 8, 1929, in Havre, Montana. She departed into her eternal world on April 26, 2011. The Heavens were probably shaking when she was reunited with her husband Wyman 'Bud' Jones.

After her marriage and her first son's (Doug) birth, the family moved to Pasco. Another son (Roger) was born and the family was complete. She established herself as a homemaker for the next 10 years. The best meals, cookies and all sorts of other delicacies came from her kitchen and her heart. After her sons started school she began a career as the Emerson Elementary School secretary. There she did it all! She loved on the kids, nursing, cooking and secretarial duties too! Her retirement years were not her happiest times. BUT she found the daughter she never had when Doug married Sundii. 15 years of mutual love and respect ensued between the two ladies.

She was met in Heaven by Jesus, her parents Anna and Frank Petr, husband Bud and brother Frank.

She is survived by her sons and their wives, Doug and Sundii Jones and Roger and Terrie Jones.

She has 6 grandchildren, Andrea Bell, Kassie Rothfork, Joshua Jones, Louis Christian and Shannon Quijada and 6 great-grandchildren, Natalee Rothfork, Lexie Jones, Zachary Rothfork, Kyla, Heidi and Molly Bell. Also surviving her are all of her sisters, Helen Moes, Lil Blazek, Mary Nance, Francis Keller, Liz Timmerman and Eve Bitz.

Chenoweth House MUST be commended! They loved and cared for our most precious possession. Beginning with Matt, Karan, Julie, Nacho-Vanessa, Cathy, Candie, Mineta, Mary, Willis and a few newer gals we didn't get to know very well. The family also wishes to the Hospice at the Chaplaincy. Especially Bonnie and Dara with there gentle hearts. Each and everyone held a special place in her heart and ours. Crowns all around when they get to Heaven

The family invites you to sign their online guestbook at www.muellersfuneralhomes.com.

A family memorial will be held at a later date.

We already miss you Ann.

I was a teacher at Emerson (1971-1981) when Ann was our secretary. I remember her so well and that she lived close enough to walk to school each day. Mr Vie was our principal. It's ironic because I was thinking about her just the other day and wondering about her. I retired in 2003, after 32 years in Pasco.
