BUCK ERIKSEN Obituary

Buck was born on June 14, 1973, in Snohomish, Washington, and left to be with His Lord on May 6, 2011. Although he was only 37 years young when he left this world, Buck left a lifetime of memories for all who knew him. We all loved his laugh and smile.

Buck was raised all over Northwest Washington and moved to Oak Harbor at the age of 15. It was in Oak Harbor that he met his wife, Aileen, one year later. During the 19 years they were together, they had six beautiful and amazing children: Trent 19, Sydney 17, Jade 13, Willow 12, Reizen, 10 and Chloe, 7. They raised their family in the Tri-Cities area, settling in Burbank.

Buck was an avid duck hunter, motorcycle rider and skateboarder. His passion led him to help build a skate park at Vista Hermosa. He also administrated a WOFC Skateboarding Competition in Kennewick. Buck loved children and spent so much of his life sharing the love of God with the many kids he met. He was the KIDS Church Director for many years at Word of Faith Center where he impacted many generations. Buck loved to help those in need, and he had a very special place in his heart for single moms and their kids.

Buck worked at Broetje Orchards, Twin City Foods, Boise Cascade and IBP. Throughout his work, he has made many friends and will not be forgotten.

There will be a potluck memorial to celebrate Buck's life at Hood Park in Burbank on Saturday, May 21, at 4 p.m. Please join us as this will be a time to share stories and memories of his life with those who knew and loved him. A Book of Memories is being put together for his children and any mementos, pictures, or written thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
