Alan Aimone TROY - Alan Aimone, 53, of Troy passed into eternal rest on Wednesday at Samaritan Hospital in Troy. Alan was born in New York city and was the son of the late Leslie Aimone and Marie Landrigan Aimone Alan was very proud when he received his GED after working so hard to achieve it. Alan had worked at Whiskers Cats of Albany and the ARC of Rensselaer County . He possessed the talent to draw , color ,make cards and artwork. He relished sharing his treasures with the people in his life. Alan was known by all to be a kind and caring soul who loved animals , computers, camping ,shopping and being a pen-pal, and especially enjoyed making pottery. Alan was also pre-deceased by his brother Kenneth Milks. Alan is now in heaven with his brother and mother where he so often stated is where he wanted to be. He leaves behind many cousins and dear friends who will miss him very dearly The funeral service for Alan will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 1PM at The Wm. Leahy Funeral home 336 Third Street Troy , with Deacon Charles Wojton ,officiating . Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 11 am to 1PM. Interment St. Henry's Cemetery in Averill Park. Contributions in Alan's memory may be made to either the Art Center of The Capital Region 265 River Street Troy NY or Whiskers Animal Benevolent League PO BOX 11190 Albany NY 12211

Alan I am shocked at your passing and heart broken. You were always so kind to all and never missed giving out birthday cards or hoilday cards.
