Cipriani, Susann E.* - Troy  
Susann E. Cipriani TROY - Susann E. “Sue” Cipriani, 70, of Manor Blvd., beloved wife of over 48 years of Carl M. “Chip” Cipriani, peacefully entered into eternal life at home, surrounded and in the loving comfort and care of her family on Monday, November 24, 2014. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of Angelo and Georgenna Horton Patti and was a graduate of Averill Park High School, Class of 1963 and Mildred Elley Secretarial School. Mrs. Cipriani retired this month from the Rensselaer County Attorney’s Office in Troy where she was Secretary and had previously been employed by the New York State Police and Collar City Auctions. Sue loved camping, Chestertown and Schroon Lake, wintering in the Caribbean, shopping, ceramics, taking a chance at the casino, but most of all spending time with her family. She had been a volunteer with the PTA and Bingo Committee of the former St. Anthony’s School in Troy. Beloved wife of Carl M. “Chip” Cipriani, devoted mother of Anthony, David and the late Michael Cipriani, mother-in-law of Michelle, Lizabeth and Tracy Cipriani, cherished grandmother of Kimberly, Nicholas, Michael, Derrick, Ava and Evan Cipriani and Haylee Shepard, adored great grandmother of Logan and Madison Shepard and Aiden Foldi, who is expected this week, sister of Angelo (Susan) and Paul (Claire) Patti and Georgenna Doyle, sister-in-law of Paul (Melissa) Cipriani, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to St. Michael’s Church, 175 Williams Rd., Troy this Saturday at 9:30 a.m., where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will be held in Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, One Penny Lane, Latham, NY 12110, in memory of Susann E. Cipriani. Curley, Frances* - Troy  
Frances M. Curley TROY - Frances M. Curley, 69, of Troy passed into eternal rest on Friday evening November 21,2014 at Schuyler Ridge in Clifton Park. Frances was born in Troy and was the daughter of the late Leo and Frances King Curley. Frances graduated from Catholic Central High School and HVCC both in Troy and from Annhurst College in Connecticut. She had been employed by The New York State Tax Department, retiring in 2009. She was a communicant of St. Paul’s Church and St. Anthony’s Church both in Troy. Frances enjoyed spending time with her extended family. She is survived by her brother Thomas ( Sandra ) Curley of Clifton Park and was pre-deceased by her brother Frederick Curley. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Danielle Curley and was the loving aunt to Frederick ( Dawn ) Curley, Carrie ( Joseph ) Lue, Thomas and Brian Curley .Frances is the great aunt to Erin, Julia and John Curley and Daniel and James Lue. The funeral service for Frances will be held on Tuesday morning at 9:30 am at the Wm. Leahy Funeral home 336 Third Street Troy and at 10 am at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Troy where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by Rev. Mario Julian OFM, Pastor. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may call at the funeral home Tuesday morning from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery Troy . Frances’s family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to Dr. Charles H. Colaruotolo, Cora S.* - Cohoes  
Cora S. Colaruotolo COHOES – Cora Suzanne Colaruotolo, 79, of Cohoes, died peacefully at Samaritan Hospital on November 17, 2014 surrounded by the love of friends and family. A native and life-long resident of Cohoes, Cora was born on February 23, 1935 and was the daughter of the late Frank S. Colaruotolo and Mary E. Stefanello Colaruotolo. Cora was a graduate of St. Bernard's Academy, 1948, Catholic Central High School, 1952 and Albany Business College. She was a most loyal employee of Albany Medical Center Hospital where she worked for 59 years before retiring. She loved to travel and took every advantage she could with friends and family. Cora loved her family and was always around to help out whenever needed. When she wasn't at her full time job she could be found at the family business, Fra-Mar Farms in Cohoes working side by side with other family members. Cora was an avid reader and could always be found with a book in hand. She adored her nieces and nephews: Col Kenneth Sipperly, Jr., Dr. Stephen Sipperly, Charles Colaruotolo, Jr., Frank Colaruotolo, Chris Castle, Stephanie Swartz and Julie Swartz DiCerbo as well as her grandnieces and grandnephew. They were all benefactors of her great love and travel prowess. Cora was a communicant of St. Michael's Church in Cohoes. She was predeceased by her sisters, Elizabeth (Betty) Sipperly and Mary Grace Swartz and most recently by her brother Charles F. Colaruotolo and her niece Maria C. Sipperly. Cora is survived by her sister, Ann Marie Castle and her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Kenneth (Patricia) Sipperly, Frank Castle and Mary Anne Colaruotolo. Many thanks to the "angels" of her care team who made it possible for Cora to live her life at home; Lauren H., Aspen G., Heather O., Brittney D., Samantha R. and Kathleen M. Words cannot express the gratitude for the superlative care that you provided to Cora. Thank you also to the friends and neighbors who watched over Cora: Colleen, Sandy, Joe, Frank, Judy and Cathy. Cora's funeral will be held on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 9 AM from the Bowen & Parker Bros. Funeral Home, 97 Old Loudon Road in Latham and at 10 AM in St. Michael's Church, Cohoes, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Reverend Peter Tkocz, pastor. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Waterford. Friends are invited and may visit with Cora's family on Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 4 until 8 PM at the funeral home. Cossack Sr., Thomas F.* - Troy  
Thomas F. Cossack Sr TROY - Thomas/Stamatis F. Cossack (Kazakos) Sr, 87, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 15, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Charleston, SC on May 29, 1927 he was the son of the late Peter S. and Minerva C. Kampfer Cossack. Tom was an Ironworker for Local 12 for over 36 years, previously worked for the railroad, was a longshoreman and was a machinist at the Watervliet Arsenal where he met the love of his life, Amelia. He was a 50 year member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Schenectady Lodge 251. He earned the highest degree; the Pilgrim Degree of Merit in 1982. Tom rendered volunteer service at the Stratton VA Medical Center on behalf of the Loyal Order of Moose for over 30 years and provided countless other civic work. He was also was a member of the Brunswick Rod and Gun Club and the 700 Club. In his younger days Tom was such an avid swimmer he was invited to join the Olympic team, he loved to read and enjoyed photography. His later years were filled with traveling, politics, computers, learning about vitamins, supplements, herbs and health. Tom was a self-taught computer technician and could do anything he set his mind to. During all of his years, he most enjoyed spending time with his family & helping others. He was the beloved husband of the late Amelia Pagano Cossack; loving father of Mary (Jim) Bodenstab, Linda (Dennis) Catricala, John (Nancy) Cossack, Thomas F (Alice) Cossack Jr, Peter (late Joyce) Cossack, Sandra (David) Lutz; brother of the late Theodore S. Cossack, Martha Sarris, Elaine Tobia, Xenthippe (Kip) Samjohn, Vasseliki (Bet) Zeppetelli, and Rachel Veloudos, Themistocles, Alenia and Ruth Cossack; 17 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 8:45 am from (McVeigh) Lasak & Gigliotti Funeral Home, now located at 208 North Allen Street, Albany thence to St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church, Albany at 9:30am . Relatives and friends are invited and may visit Tuesday, November 18, 2014 4:00 to 7:00 pm and Wednesday, November 19, 2014 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. A Trisagion Service will be conducted Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm. Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Troy. Members of the Loyal Order of Moose Schenectady Lodge 251 and Chapter 188 will meet at the Lasak & Gigliotti Funeral Home, 208 North Allen Street Albany at 6:00 pm Tuesday, November 18, 2014 to pay our respects to Pilgrim Brother Thomas F.
