David M. McCormick NORTH GREENBUSH - David M. McCormick, 70, died at the Samaritan Hospital in Troy on Tuesday, June 18, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Roxanne Sebeth McCormick, who died on April 22, 2013. Born in Troy, son of the late William and Marion Hubbard McCormick, he has resided in North Greenbush for 40 years. David was proud to be an American and faithfully served his country in the U.S. Navy as a Second Class Petty Officer during the Vietnam War and received numerous medals for his exemplary service from 1964 to 1968. He had been employed as a sheet metal worker for 35 years, retiring from Tuffer Mechanical several years ago. David was an active member of the Taconic Valley Rod and Gun Club. He is the brother of William (late Mary) McCormick of Watervliet, James (Janet) McCormick of Troy and the late Beverly Robinson and Joseph McCormick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of David's Life will be held at the McNulty Funeral Home, 147 Hudson Avenue, Green Island on Friday at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville.
