ROCHESTER - Ruth O. Clickner, 94, of St. Andrews Drive, lifelong resident of the Troy area, entered into eternal life on Saturday, October 20, 2012, at Monroe Community Hospital in Rochester.
Born in Poestenkill, she was the daughter of the late Valentine and Edith Coonradt Ott and wife of the late Kenneth Clickner. She was a graduate of Troy High School.
Mrs. Clickner retired in 1980 from the Norton Company in Watervliet where she had been employed as an office secretary for 23 years.
She was a member of the Norton Retirees and the Loudonville Community Church.
Devoted mother of Brian E. Clickner of Rochester; sister of Dorothy (the late, Francis) Miner of Troy, the late Walter and Alson Ott and Marjorie Wehnau; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Loudonville Community Church, 374 Loudon Road, Loudonville, New York 12211.
The interment in Elmwood Hill Cemetery, Troy
