Beatrice Sanchez Aguilar

Beatrice Sanchez Aguilar Bea was born on March 4, 1929 to Frank and Mercedes Sanchez in Willcox, AZ, where she grew up and attended school. She married her one and only love, Mike G. Aguilar on March 15, 1947 and they celebrated the 59th anniversary in March. She followed her husband with his work in construction to Yuma until 1962 when they moved to Tucson. It was in Tucson where she began her career in Real Estate, opening her first office as BEA'S REALTY which later became CENTURY 21 BEA AGUILAR. She was a member of the Tucson Board of Realtors and Women's Council of Realtors for many years. She received much pleasure in helping others in their real estate needs. She was professional and was admired by her peers. Bea's greatest joy was cooking; she made the best tortillas and coconut cream pies. She also loved music, the outdoors, fishing and camping. We will miss her beautiful green eyes, bright smile and warm hospitality. Besides her beloved husband, Mike G. Aguilar, she is survived by two brothers, Frank Sanchez of Willcox, AZ and Art Sanchez of Morehead, N.C.; a sister, Erlinda Gilmore of Sierra Vista, AZ and many other family members. Bea was blessed with four children, Adelita, Dolores, Mike and Teresa; four grandsons, Jim, Bryan, Joey and Angelo; eight great-grandchildren, Brittany, Jordan, Jacob, Brooke, Loni, Cristy, Keith and Dominic and one great-great-granddaughter, Sonia. The family would like to extend a warm thanks to Hospice Family Care and Caring Hands Adult Care Home for their wonderful care and service. Also, to family and friends for all the support and prayers. The family will privately celebrate her life at a later date. Vaya con Dios…. Arrangements by DESERT ROSE CREMATION & BURIAL, Tucson, AZ.
