Elizabeth Ann Crafts Stahl Emmel died February 9, 2014. Born April 15, 1933 in Jeddo (Medina), New York, the eighth of nine children of Beatrice Olive Bell Crafts and Robert Raymond Crafts. Resided in Tucson since 1959. Resigned from Hughes Aircraft Co. in 1986 after 13½ years in financial controls. Preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter, Holly Vickers; son, David Emmel; two sisters, Rosemary May (Crafts) Pardo, Beatrice Olive (Crafts) Heminway; six brothers, Robert Lynn Crafts, Kirby Samuel Craft, Milton George Crafts (all New York State residents), Roderick Guy Crafts (Tucson), William Thomas Crafts (Lockport, New York) and James Perry Craft of Orlando, Florida. Ann's five older brothers all served during World War II
. The youngest brother, James, was also in service and after discharge, worked for NASA
in Orlando. Service by her brothers was equally distributed - two were U.S. Army, two U.S. Navy
, and two U.S. Marine Corps

Survived by her husband of 34 years, Dale Arden Emmel; children, Valerie Stahl Vickers (Darryl), Timothy James Stahl (Cheryl Thomas), Roderick Scott Stahl (Christina Carrillo), Douglas Anthony Stahl (Lori Severson), Robin Emmel Langlois (Joseph) and ten grandchildren, Scott (Kathryn Kuehl), Katherine and Benjamin Vickers, Seth and Connor Stahl, Maria Stahl, Joshua, William and Lilia Paraninfo, Maribel Severson-Stahl and great-grandson, Gavin Thomas Vickers. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews and grand-grand-nieces and nephews. No services, no flowers; instead, live by the golden rule and smile often. Cremains final resting place in a niche at East Lawn Cemetery, Tucson.
