Carolyn Emma POSTON

POSTON, Carolyn Emma passed away on November 16, 2017. She was a gracious woman and had a wonderful sense of humor. Born November 6, 1928 in Wildwood, NJ to Milton and Jessie Walling. Her family soon relocated to Arizona. Carolyn served the community as an Enrolled Agent and as President and Owner of Diebold Accounting and Tax Service Inc. She brought wisdom to her clients and patience, understanding, and kindness to her employees. She spoke fondly of her clients and how she learned from them. She believed in giving to those in need. Just as she gave to her community, she gave to her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and great-aunt. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, William H. Poston; her parents and her brother, Charles Walling. Survived by her children, Dave Diebold (Virg) and Karen Fouquet (Chip); grandchildren, Erika Hunt and Laura Bond (Wyatt); great-grandchildren, Ben Hunt, Macauley and Soie Bond; siblings, Marge Miller (John), John Walling (Mary-Lou) and Kathy Borris (Dave) along with her cousins, nieces and nephews. With family and friends, she traveled the world. She enjoyed horse-back riding, skiing, camping, and the family cabin in Prescott. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with those she loved, especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought joy to her life. She will be greatly missed, but all the memories will live long in our hearts. Please come celebrate her life with us on 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 9, 2017, at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY.
