Kent,
It's been 7 short years since your mom, and my best friend, went to be with the Lord. Her picture still hangs on my wall. When i [pass by it memories of her flood the room. She had a way about her for sure. Kind of shy at first but after you got to know her she was the most loving, open, someone one with an amazing sense of humor. She never once complained about my pestering her to get an article of clothing mended lol.
We enjoyed many good times together including the Super Bowl one year.
I really miss her and the good times we had at the senior center. I know that we'll see one another again.

My dear friend Karen...
I remember your warm smile the first time i visited Ellie Towne Community Center's exercise class with Kit Ott.You were the only one in the room and welcomed me with a hug. We had this special connection you and i. I seemed to pe your protector at the center and enjoyed every second of it.
From there it got better from going to Sweet Tomatoes on my birthday in November 2012, to watching the super Bowl with you in January 2013. I cannot forget your laughter at the dedication party on Limberlost Park with the clowns and families. Karen i miss having coffee with you in the mornings and talking about your latest sewing project and even having you hem my cutoffs.
Dear Lord Karen is wrapped in Your loving arms and waiting for her friends and loved ones in heaven. Father please comfort Kent her son and all the family of this amazing woman. In Jesus' name amen.
