Seymour was a true personality and represented the real jewish deli counterperson that has almost completely died out. I worked with Seymour at Gourmet Deli on Greenspring Avenue in Baltimore. He knew the business well and was an excellent manager and friend. Everyday with Seymour was a complete experience. He will be missed but definitely will not be forgotten by those all lucky enough to have known him.
