Alex "Lil Man" SANTA CRUZ

SANTA CRUZ, Alex "Lil Man" 25, entered into eternal rest on March 7, 2017. Alex was born in Safford, Arizona on August 16, 1991. He is survived by his parents, Ernie Santa Cruz and Terry Francis; brother, Mark Santa Cruz; maternal grandmother, Marie Hutchinson; maternal grandfather, Modesto Atilano, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Antonio and Trinidad Santa Cruz. Alex was an avid lover of hockey. During his young life he played hockey for over ten years and traveled to many places to play, including Canada. He also enjoyed skateboarding and snowboarding. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY (South Chapel) 240 S. Stone Ave., with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be offered Friday, March 17, 2017, 9:00 a.m. at St. Augustine's Cathedral, 192 S. Stone Ave. Interment to follow at South Lawn Cemetery.
