I always wished my Spanish was better so we could talk more, but nevertheless, the times we shared when you were making your tortillas will always carry fond memories, not just because you made the best tortillas ever, but because it was something that required no words but the smile I gave you from feeling content and the smile you gave me of a feeling of satisfaction. Nuestro más sincero pésame a la familia Dicochea,
Doña Josefina (MA) era una mujer humilde y especial para muchos. Ella era muy respetada por muchos, sobre todo la familia del músicos deja atrás.
Josefina (Ma) era una mujer muy importante para mi padre (Victor Morales). Era su segunda madre, como recordaba como un niña pequeña siempre fue má! Ella era tal clase de corazón y tan dulce, como podría ser como mi Nanita era mi nanita .
Te Extrañaremos mucho.
Una cosa que me gustaría decir y enviar es mi agradecimiento especial a Mauro, Andres, Jamie y sus hermanas para compartir a tu mamá con mi papá, gracias.

Familia Dicochea, Nuestro pésame en el fallecimiento de Dona Josefina, que fue un elemento del progreso de La Suprema en el departamento que ella estaba alfrente ,la tortilla de harina. Gracias Dona Josefina por sus 30 anos de servicio y lealtad a La Suprema, por su cariño y amistad a nuestros padres, Guillermo y Artemisa García y a sus companeras y companeros de trabajo. Dear Dicochea Family, I would like to add my condolences on the passing of Dona Josefina, For years Dona Josefina worked for My Grandparents(William and Artemisia Garcia) at La Suprema Being the Head,Heart and Soul of THe Hand Stretched Flour Department, as a child I remember her laugh and kindness as she hand us kids a hot flour tortilla with butter on it, then as a young man at his first chance of being a delivery driver and having being put in my place by her for trying to get all of my order and not just taking what she had allotted for me because she knew exactly what I needed and when I needed it to finish my deliveries( and any other drivers route) in a timely manner and not messing up her Ladies and their production schedule, and once I became a Supervisor, Her support, experience and Her ability to Help me in making the correct decisions with production and more so with dealing with staff will always be memories I will always cherish, due to the fact she never came out and told me but gave me tools, advice and ultimately the example of how to be a generous professional who put her heart and soul into all she did, I always keep her in my minds eye when dealing with my job, Boss and coworkers to be professional and joyous in my work, She will be missed but never forgotten especially her smile and laugh, Thank you and again my condolences
