Mary Ellen ROBINSON

ROBINSON, Mary Ellen (Swanson) of Tucson passed away peacefully on June 10, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Walnut Creek, CA in 1934, she moved to Tucson in 1939 and graduated from Immaculate Heart Academy in 1952. She was a wonderful mom, homemaker, library volunteer, and tennis player extraordinaire. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Bill. She is survived by their six children: Rev. Mary White (John), Ann Ryan (Mike), Dorothy Porter (Ken), Bill, George (Dale) and Dr. Martha Robinson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Tim, Molly, Will, Corey, Michael, Kenny, Joey and Kate. A Memorial Mass will be held at SS. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, 1946 E. Lee St., Friday, June 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, SS. Peter and Paul Parish Conference, 1946 E. Lee St., Tucson, AZ 85719.
