Harry Wm. WOLFE Jr.

WOLFE, Harry Wm. (Bill), Jr. passed away Sunday, October 15, 2017 at his home in SaddleBrooke, AZ, from complications with GBM Brain Cancer. Bill was born May 24, 1941 in Billings, MT to Harry Wm. Wolfe, Sr. and Katherine E. (Higgins) Wolfe. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, brother, John and sister, Dorothy O'Malley. He is survived by his wife, Kerry (Haviland) of 38 years; daughter, Joanne Sprague (John); sons, Michael (Emily), Scott (Debra) and Ryan (Andrea); grandchildren, Mary and Daniel Sprague, Van and Seth Wolfe, Cole and Blake Walters, Kiera and Sean Wolfe; sisters, Kathleen Cotner and Harriet Kensmoe; nieces and nephews. Bill graduated from Billings Sr. High and attended Carrol College, Helena, MT. After completing his military duty in 1964, he was hired by The Boeing Company, Huntsville, AL. He served Boeing in a variety of personnel assignments and retired in Seattle after a successful career as VP Human Resources, Boeing Defense and Space Group.  Bill loved Boeing, his work and the many lifelong friends he made over his 34-year career. In September of 2001, he and Kerry moved to the community of SaddleBrooke, north of Tucson. Bill said moving to SaddleBrooke was the best move he ever made. He instantly became involved in many HOA One projects and committees. He loved golf and spent many enjoyable hours on the course with friends and his best golfing partner, Kerry. He loved everything about his AZ community where many of his deepest friendships were made. Bill and Kerry enjoyed cruising and traveling throughout the US, but their favorite trips were always a return to KoOlina, HI and Yellowstone National Park. Bill's Celebration of Life is planned for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 11, 2017, SaddleBrooke Country Club, 64500 E. SaddleBrooke Blvd, Tucson, AZ.
