Helen L. Smith

Helen L. Smith of Oro Valley, AZ passed away on May 19, 2014. She was born in Lead, SD, the daughter of Claire and Mary Alspach. Helen married the late Joseph Smith in 1955, and lived in South Dakota, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Nevada before moving to Arizona 15 years ago. She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Smith, Cynthia Stuckey and Heather McCoy; seven grandchildren and her sister, Rita Schirber. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, her daughter, Dawn Smith and her brother, Harold Alspach. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Casa de la Luz Hospice of Tucson. At Helen's request, no memorial service will be held. Arrangements by VISTOSO FUNERAL HOME.
