Dr. Warren T. TRASK

TRASK, Warren, T., Dr. 10/19/1931 - 2/2/2018 Born and raised in the Midwest, he spent his career in chemical manufacturing as a leader in the engineering industry, winning awards for his innovation and management strategies. He held executive positions at Mallinckrodt in St. Louis MO, Raleigh NC, and at A.E. Staley in Decatur Illinois. He had three children, Elizabeth, Theresa and Stephen with his first wife Susan. He retired in 1988 and moved to Florida where he married Eddie and the family expanded with her children, Lorelei and Anthony. They moved west to Prescott, AZ to enjoy camping and hiking, and later to Tucson, AZ where they could be closer to family. In addition to his esteemed career Warren believed in giving back to his community and was a great role model. He volunteered with Hospice of Tampa, Kiwanis in Prescott, CASA (Court Appointed Specialty Advocate) in Prescott. He served on the board of directors for the Prescott YMCA as well as the hospital board in Prescott (Yavapai Regional Medical Center). In Tucson he served on the local Foster Care Review Board as well as the Foster Care Review Board for the State of Arizona. His family will miss him greatly. Celebrating his life and our love for him will be his wife, Eddie; his brother, Arthur; his children, Beth, Tess, Steve, Tony, Lorelei; grandchildren, Jay, Matt, Oliver, Jeremy, Ryan, Emily, Emma, Abby, Madeline and Nina; great-granddaughter, Gemma; and newest great-grandson, Ender Trask.
