RIGAS, Anne B. passed away peacefully on September 11, 2016. Born in Strasbourg, France on December 15, 1924, Anne saw Hitler as his army occupied her country. Preceded in death by the love of her life, James S. Rigas, a native Tucsonan, Anne was fluent in three languages, an avid reader who enjoyed traveling the world with her husband, daughters, and granddaughters. Survived by daughters, Liliane (Anthony) Fucaloro and Sabrina (Yousef Al-Abdulrahim) Rigas; granddaughters, Nicole, Cristina, Yasmeen, Noelle, Sarah and great-granddaughter, Cosette. She was much loved, will be greatly missed and always remembered.
